First aid is the first and immediate assistance given to any person with either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery until medical services arrive. First aid is generally performed by someone with basic medical training.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This is a stand-alone, home-study qualification for First Aid in Beauty & Aesthetics. It is a recognised multiple choice test which has been designed specifically for beauty therapists and aesthetics practitioners to give them more on an in-depth knowledge surrounding first aid, health and safety and hygiene procedures which need vital attention when working within the industry. Following successful course completion, all candidates will be issued with a fully recognised certificate.
